Safety & Security of Personnel, Plant and Machineries are one of our prime responsibilities in any Siteworks. Consideration of Safety comes first while planning any field execution.

QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICY

For execution of any contract, a detailed quality plan is made to suit the project requirement. The plan is made in a manner whereby checking of quality at different stages are strictly maintained. It is structured and administered by quality assurance engineers with a view to assess the level of quality by client at any point of time. The plan provides for the client to witness and approve certain critical check points like design mix, cube test, welding procedure tests, welder test, Radiography, Insulation bond test etc. All the test reports are furnished to client for information and record.

Quality Assurance group leader has the authority and organisational freedom to indentify the quality problems and initiate, recommend or provide solutions and has the authority to limit, control or stop further processing of the work. He reports to the Chief Executive and is empowered to call for a discussion with the Sr. Executives to discuss conditions requiring corrective action.

It is a prime management objective to ensure high quality performance which meet or exceed the prescribed quality standards and Technical specifications without affecting the delivery schedule.

IMPLEMENTATION OF SAFETY RULES IN EXECUTION

Execution program at work site is prepared by taking into account the safety factors. Safety and execution go hand to hand and reviewed every fortnight to ensure proper implementation of both the programs. While the safety measures are taken depending on the type and location of the works, following are the minimum practice followed at sites.
• Safety Helmets & shoes for all the personnel.
• Safety goggles & hand gloves for personnel dealing with machineries or Hot work.
• Steel pipes & Gratings with clamps for any scaffolding works.
• Safety belts and adjustable aluminium ladders for climbing up.
• Fire extinguishers & fire hoses with connected to water line near the hot work.
• Testing of all the machineries & lifting equipments before deployment at site.
• All the electrical distributions are made through weather proof Distribution Board, Electrical power cables for substation are placed at a higher elevation with proper supporting arrangement. Proper checking of the electrical installation including the earthing work is done before taking the power in the installed system.
• Protection booth of welding machineries made of GI sheets and steel structural materials.
• Compulsory maintenance of all the machineries once in a month.
• Display of safety rules at worksite.
